  The staff are pleasant, however it's not a pleasurable experience. There always seems to be 4 or 5 people standing around waiting for their prescription, and you have to wait until they have all been seen to before you are served. Getting your prescription is slow and painful. It takes ages then a member of staff shouts from the back 'what's the address?' and you have to repeat your address in front of the whole shop. Often you have to tell your address when handing over the prescription sheet, usually to a different staff member. Three out of the last four times that I have been, there weren't enough tablets and I am given a partial prescription and have to go back a day or two later to repeat the whole process. Definite room for improvement.
